How to Quit!

First Step to admitting that you are better than this is owning up to the fact that you need to STOP the insanity.

How do you go about quitting? Well I will tell you what I did.

1. Go to your back office (MLM Website, and download all the reports and things you will need for taxes. Because once they cut you off, you do not get access to this information.)
2. Leave all the “Group” “Team” support pages. Do so quietly. Leave the Marco Polo App, Facebook, Instagram. Basically cut yourself off from all of them. Because they will try to talk you out of it.
3. Contact the MLM directly and submit your resignation in writing. Send by Email and get acknowledgement from them.
4. If they do RETURNS of unopened product find out what those procedures are and GET IT BACK TO THEM ASAP. Do not move on to step 5 until this is done and they have refunded your money. (*** UPDATE TO THIS BLOG POST!!! The Buy Back Program has been a Scam to some people! They have sent back their Unopened Jewelry and they are not getting it purchased back and Paparazzi is NOT returning it to them **** You are better off selling in a GOOB Group)
5. Remove the Company name from your Facebook, Do not say you are an Independent Distributor for the company any more. You are not. You quit. So do not confuse the two.
6. Close your VIP Groups if you have any. Take down or remove all your old Product Pushing Videos from your Facebook.
7. If you have a business page. Make a post stating the following: I resigned from the company on (__DATE__). Remove the logo’s and do not associate yourself with them anymore.
8. If you do have inventory or items they did not take back because you OPENED THEM, they tell you to destroy them. But that is your money. And they probably encouraged you to open every product and inspect it. Sadly this is how so many women end up with New With TAGS items. (Lularoe, Paparazzi, Origami OWL.. Pampered Chef you name it) And they tell you that you CANNOT Sell for under the intended price point of (Whatever that may be) but you know what… According to the FTC you can.
9. So if you have a Shopify, or Square Space Web Store by all means use it to your advantage. Post a Sale, Discount your products. Just do so by removing the Logo and Independent Consultant stuff. 10. You will get shamed and you will get a Compliance Email telling you are in Violation and that you can NEVER come back to the MLM. Don’t Worry about that because if you have learned your lesson you won’t!

Take these steps and you will be fine.
